When we rest, we offer ourselves an anchor to open up to possibility, through nurture, nourishment, via our body, mind and spirit. Replenishing our energy fuels love, wonderous resource, as well radiance and vitality, forging spontaneity, joy, and freedom.

Creatively calm your mind and connect to your body. With creativity, we are in the presence of stillness. Magic happens when we embody creative energy. Be mindful, creativity is anything that feels creative to you. There isn’t a particular modality, creativity, is, cooking, writing, journaling, dancing, painting, taking photo’s, presenting, singing, anything that takes you to a place that feels pleasurable and peaceful collectively.
