Imagine It – Take a few deep breaths, get your mindset and energy into a calm relaxed state. Now, hold an image in your minds eye. Imagine what it is that you are creating in your mind. See how it feels, what does it look like, where are you exactly? imagine the colours, your surroundings, who are you with? what are you doing? The sounds, the scent. See if you can image the temperature, is it warm, hot, cool. Continue on with this visualisation and bring it up, embody it, so you feel it as if you’re already living it.
