This is an important piece for harnessing a happy heart. Start the process of visualising how you want to feel and what your version of success looks like. Remind yourself of your strengths and talents.
Remember, success does not mean running a successful business or climbing the corporate ladder. It can, if that’s what you believe brings you fulfillment, however, the intent here is for you to take time to sit quietly and get clear on what success means to you and then what it would look like.
Along with how it will feel in your body and heart whilst experiencing it. Take some deep breaths and write down your thoughts and allow what comes up to emerge.
Take Care of Your Body
A good night sleep is essential for a happy heart, therefore, if your bedtime routine is a bit all over the place right now, think about making some changes and try going to bed each evening at the same time, and not too late.
Eat wholefoods most days of the week, that way you know you’re nourishing your body with good nutrition. Eating well, gives you the sustained energy you need for nutritional health. The other important one is, movement, try doing some form exercise most days, perhaps 30 minute walk most days or some yoga, pilates. Maintaining a balanced routine for your physical traverses into all other avenues in your life.
Surround Yourself with Positive People
Meaningful relationships are key in terms of building connections. As humans, we need deeper relationships to warm our hearts and give and receive emotional stability through acts of love and compassion and kindness.
Take time out to spend quality catch ups with people that care and offer support and encouragement. This is what the heart needs, nurturing a happy heart always.
