Self Love: Finding Inner Peace, Through The Power of Mantra’s

Nurturing our spiritual wellbeing is as important as all other facets of self care. Such as our mental, emotional, physical wellbeing. They all play a role to offer a wheel of wellness towards balance for more peace, harmony and joy.

Let’s look at how practising a mantra each day, can offer you connection towards deeper inner peace and love:

✨ The Morning Mantra

Most spiritual teachings encourage a morning ritual, as it’s the start of a new day. As as new day begins, it’s important to anchor yourself in mental and emotional strength to move forward with more ease. It is known, what we put out into the world and how we feel, what thoughts we choose, transpire outwardly. Being intentional is essentially the key to how you show up towards your best self. Your morning mantra, might be a word to repeat quietly to yourself, or it can be a few words as a phrase. Spend a few minutes in silence practising your morning mantra ritual.

✨ Meditate & Repeat a Mantra

Meditating and repeating a mantra, such as a word or two or three, assists with maintaining more focus and being present. Follow your breath as you go through your 5 minute morning mantra meditation practice, and repeat the word or words of your choice on your in breath and on your out breath. It might go something like, eg: Inhale, ‘I am peace’ and exhale ‘I am love’ or repeat the same word on the inhalation and exhalation.

✨ Gather a List of Mantra’s

If you’re finding it difficult coming up with a mantra, one tip is to collect a few of your favourite mantra’s and list each in your journal and read them in the morning. The idea is to get centred, so take a few deep breaths to relax at the start, and repeat your mantra’s. This technique supports grounding, ease and more calm. You may want to memorise the words as it’s easier to repeat them, either with eyes closed or a soft gaze, quietly in silence. Place your feet on the ground, resting with your breath taking in all positivity, grace and love.

✨ Craft Your Personal Go To Mantra

I love a go to mantra. You can create one as a general mantra, so it relates to every aspect of what you experience or you may want to create 3 or 4 different ones. Tailoring each one for a different purpose or situation. An example of a go to mantra is “I embrace challenges and grow greater inner strength”. Another might be, eg: “I am grateful for all what life offers me, I am fulfilled and safe.”_

Keep relishing in peace with the power of mantra’s
