If you’re not actively taking up a hobby, it’s time to sit down and write a list of things that interests you and pick the one that you’re keen to try and make time for things that bring fulfillment and joy.

When we forgive, we liberate ourselves from angst and resentment and free our energy, our hearts, and minds to move into a calmer and loving way forward. Your play is your fun, catching up with family and friends, watching a movie that you love. Inviting friends over to share a favourite meal, all this is vital for your play and wellbeing.
