Another tip to access healing, imagine a deep golden light over you, from the crown, right through to your feet. Feel the ray of warm light and set and intention to heal and release, say “I am open to the guidance to restore with love and peace, I am ready to heal and grow.”

How to navigate with wisdom – shift your view. Reframing difficulties as stepping stones can lead to greater understanding and a better perspective. Set boundaries to limit exposure to negativity, whether from toxic environments, or people, internet. Anything that depletes your energy.
Take time to rest and breathe, be around people that uplift you. Keep reminding yourself, that things pass. Reach out to support networks you trust to talk it out. Knowing you don’t need all the answers at once, take small manageable steps and focus on what you can do right now.
