Conscious Confidence – How To Build Self-Worthy Trust

Conscious Confidence - How To Build Self-Worthy Trust

When you trust yourself, you have a solid foundation to express who you are with confidence and agency.

Let’s take a look at how you build inner self-trust:

⭐ Amplify Self-Awareness

Notice when you’re being honest with yourself versus when you’re avoiding uncomfortable truths. Self-trust grows when you can acknowledge your real feelings, needs, and limitations without judgment. Practising being mindful deepens self-awareness onto developing greater self-trust.

⭐ Listen To Your Gut Feelings

When you have an intuition about something, pay attention. You don’t have to always act on it, but notice when your instincts were right. This helps you recognise that your wise inner voice often knows things before your logical mind catches up.

Notice how it feels in your body, if it feels light, then often it’s telling you it’s the right path to take. If it feels heavy, particularly around your throat and heart centre – it’s a good indicator that it’s not right.

⭐ Keep To Small Promises

When practiced regularly it can be transformational. If you say you’ll go to bed at 10pm, do it. If you commit to a 10-minute walk, follow through. Each kept promise is a deposit in your self-trust account. Start small and build up.

You may want to create a accountability tracker, write down what the small promise is and date and time and how long it took and a tick box to substantiate the action complete. Review it weekly and end of the month. By 30 days, your self – trust capacity will expand to a level that you feel comfortable with.

Keep building self-trust
