Conscious Confidence: 4 Keys To Build Self-Belief, and Be Intentional On Your Path

Building self-belief, involves, being kind to yourself, changing your thoughts, recognising your strengths, your values and becoming more intentional with actions. Here are 4 keys to practice to review:

✨ Reframing Self-Talk
When a negative thought comes up, try challenging it by reframing it. Firstly, take a few deep breaths to relax a bit, then imagine there’s a second person and ask what is underneath the thought? Once you get a response, let your intuition answer it, accept what comes up, without judging it.

The next step is to reframe the thought, such as, instead of saying “I can’t do this, it’s too hard”, try saying: “I’ve got this, I will learn, it just takes a bit of practice”

✨ Develop Healthy Rituals
Try Incorporating practices such as mindfulness meditation or visualization into your daily routine. These techniques can help reduce fear, anxiety and improve focus on your goals.
Acknowledge your strengths, talents, knowing you have a lot to offer the world. Practice being kind to yourself. Take deep breaths throughout the day.

✨ Connect With People That Inspire You
Spend time with people that lift you, that encourage and inspire you. Choose your circle of friends that allow you to be yourself and focus on building a support network that reinforces positive beliefs about yourself. Another key is to avoid relationships that drain your self-esteem.

✨ Challenge Yourself With Intention
Step outside your comfort zone by setting challenges that push your limits. Overcoming these challenges can significantly enhance your self-belief. Examples are, reach out to someone you wouldn’t normally speak to or apply for a job that is out of your comfort zone. Little steps a stepping stones to building self-belief.

Keep acknowledging your worth
