Conscious Confidence – 3 Ways to Transmute Inner Wounds Into Wisdom

Conscious Confidence - 3 Ways to Transmute Inner Wounds Into Wisdom

Inner wisdom keeps you anchored in what is real and how you present yourself to the world. It’s having a strong sense of knowing, a gut feel, a strong intuitive system. It also builds self-awareness.

Let’s look at 3 ways you can shift your wounds by building a deep container of inner wisdom.

⭐ Emotional Clarity Method

Use a scale with colours and meaning associated with each colour to determine where you are at and ask what you need to do to move into more of the green zone. This does not mean bypassing emotions, it refers to acknowledging, allowing, releasing and awakening.

By acknowledging and accepting your emotions, you cultivate a mind state that supports acceptance, self-compassion, and positive change.

⭐ Listen to Your Body

Notice sensations in your body, such as tightness in an area, heaviness, warmth, coolness, stiffness, anything that arises, notice and breathe in it and get curious about why the sensation came up without judgment.

For example, you might be worrying about something and you feel anxious, you may feel a heaviness in your chest, around your throat, notice it’s presence and breathe. Keep breathing, inhale and exhaling through your mouth, letting it all go, surrendering.

⭐ Set Aside Ego and External Noise

Become mindful about letting go the need to control outcomes or please others. Focus on what feels right for you. When we try to fix or resist, we let our mind take over, preventing our innate inner wisdom to rise and shine the light. Regularly check in with your thoughts and motivations, and recognise when your ego is influencing your actions.

Take a few deep breaths and say “I trust that what feels challenging right now will pass and what is best for my highest good will shine.”

Keep embodying inner wisdom with love
