Each week, write down three things that brought you genuine joy. Look for patterns over time. Are you happiest when creating, connecting with others, solving problems, being in nature, or learning something new? These patterns reveal your values and natural inclinations.
Get a journal / note pad and write down your joyous activities or generally what brings joy and opens your heart. Once you have your joy list, write down what you can do to bring it into your life more often to spark up your joyful energy.
