Soul Symmetry Journey: How To Invite In Grace To Enrich Your Wellbeing

Inviting grace for wellbeing involves gentle practices and a mindset that welcomes healing, kindness, and compassion into everyday life.

Let’s take a closer look at how to cultivate grace to transform physical, emotional, and spiritual health.

⭐ Gentle Self-Talk

Choose self-compassion over criticism, especially in challenging times; recognise that perfection is neither required nor expected. See every mistake as an opportunity to stretch and grow.

⭐ Ego Witnessing

Watch your thoughts and your behaviour. Notice how you hold yourself, are you reacting when something doesn’t sit right? check in with yourself and without judging, take long deep breaths and ask “what am I telling myself in this moment, and how would I be and feel without the story I’ve attached?”

Continue with deep breathing and allow any emotions and sensations to rise up through your body, gently releasing – surrender to what is. This practice assists your nervous system to calm and stay connected to your truth. Moving away from false ego identification.

⭐ Mindfulness and Prayer

Being present, breathing deeply, and inviting spiritual guidance enabling you to tune into inner peace and align with helpful energies and beliefs.

To anchor yourself in presence, take long deep breaths and feel your feet on the ground. Place your hands on your body, either giving yourself a hug or hands on your legs if you’re sitting down. Breathing supports you to come back to centre anchoring you here and now.

You may want to say a prayer, an example is asking for peace and clarity. Firstly invite in golden light to cover your body from the crown right down to your feet. “Dear god/universe/angels, show me the way to a peaceful path with clarity, thank you.” Take a few deep breaths sitting in silence and feeling the light infusing your soul with love and gratitude.

Keep inviting in grace.

With love, Ant xo
