Worthiness is when we know our value, when we respect ourselves and don’t negotiate who we are. It’s when we engage in life with confidence and trust.
Here are 3 Tips on how to develop your worth and rise to your potential:
Know Yourself & What You Stand For
When you know yourself, it’s about becoming aware of your thoughts, feelings and motivations. See it as a guide to make better decisions authentically for a more fulfilling and happier life. To strengthen your sense of and what you stand for, ask yourself a few questions:
What are my aspirations and dreams? What are my goals? What are my best qualities? What do I stand for (what I would not negotiate)? Refer to this and build on it as time goes on. Get a journal and start writing.
Keep Reminding Yourself Of Your Values and Strengths
Values and strengths are key to develop a strong sense of self-worth. If you haven’t referred to your strengths and values lately, find time to get clear on your top 3 for both. Search on google on how to get started.
Once you have defined your values and strengths – refer back to them each day as a reminder about what you bring to the world and the qualities you hold. Acknowledge yourself with love. Show gratitude for what you stand for and for what is to come in the future.
Watch Your Thoughts
We all have an inner critic, sometimes it’s stronger on some days than others and some of us hold a stronger inner critic in general. The good news is, that with awareness, you can quieten the loud inner critic voice to stand behind you, while you take the reigns in your truth with confidence and grace.
To tame your inner critic, show yourself some compassion. Think about what you would say to a close friend, you would be supportive and kind, right? Show that level of support and love to yourself and watch your life expand.
Keep developing your self-worth
With love, Ant xo
