Being in stillness, pause, breathe, spending time alone for a few minutes, allows us to re-energise – rest our minds, bodies and soul. The avenue to rejuvenate, restore into greater vitality, aligned energy and clarity of mind. Without rest and reflection – our capacity to connect to our inner voice of truth, is unavailable and we miss the opportunity to access our authenticity with what really matters.

 

Engage Creatively

Creativity evokes the tendency to be playful, flexible in our approach. Having the perspective of not worrying about how things should be. Rather, opened to the energy flowing and trusting in the process along the way. Engaging creatively, can be anything that calls you to take a chance – or try something new or different. It might be an artistic interest, or wearing a colour you’re not used to wearing, changing your hairstyle. Trying out a recipe that appears a bit too complicated, although, you’re going to give it a go anyway. Applying for that job you never thought you would, and you say “what the heck, what have I got to lose” It’s when we open our heart, mind, and trust in life, embracing what happens, knowing it’ll be okay.

 

Immerse as an Allrounder

When we look at ourselves as an allrounder, we embrace all of us. This includes, the parts that challenge us – as well as our strengths. We access a bullseye view of our capacity in all facets, good, bad, and brilliant. One tip, is to acknowledge the doubtful, fearful, challenging parts of ourselves as a portal to awaken into growth towards our true essence. When we are able to embrace all of who we are, we open up to love, spaciousness, ease and the ability to reclaim our gifts, talents, creativity & strengths wholeheartedly.
