Rock Solid Confidence: Engage In 4 Guiding Principles Towards A Human Centred Approach

By embodying the 4 principles, our capacity for greater communication and understanding increases, forging stronger and deeper relationships with others and with self.
Let’s look at the 4 principles towards building Rock Solid Confidence:

⭐ Truth-Telling
The more we show up authentically, say what we think graciously – we grow courage to take action out of our comfort-zone, which traverses into greater confidence.

⭐ Attentive
Wise attention is the key to what aligns us with more focus, prioritising our needs constructively. Asking the questions “What is my priority right now?” How can I plan effectively to attend to my needs and the needs of others, for a desired outcome without overwhelm?.” These fundamental enquiries are what we need to be mindful for planning and productivity.

⭐ Awareness
Awareness is a portal to communication, negotiation, and sharing ideas. The big question is, “What do I need to do to develop deeper self-awareness and awareness of others?” Pause, breathe and look at a situation as a whole, rather than segments to review the ultimate goal. Taking a few deep breaths, by pausing, going for a walk, creating calm energy – enables more clarity of mind and heart to address matters from a perspective of awareness, embedding confidence.

⭐ Relational
When we are in relational within, our self-trust increases because we’re listening to our gut instincts as well activating greater clarity of mind. From there – we access opportunity to question how to facilitate trust and spirit of others in a compassionate transparent way. Offering a human centred approach to building confidence and connection collectively.

Keep embracing human centred energy to rock solid confidence!
