Life & Career Direction: 3 Keys To Develop Intuition. Tune Into Modern Spirituality

Modern spirituality is your ability to stay calm and present. The capacity to quieten your mind, even when it feels seduced by the chaos of information overload, from the modern fast paced world we live in.

⭐  Tune in to your breath. If your mind is racing, and you feel like there are so many options, and you can’t make a decision, stop for a moment and breathe. Close your eyes, or slight gaze down and sit quietly for a few minutes and allow your breath and body to quieten down gently, slowly, bringing you back to centre.

⭐  Pray, prayers are a loving integration to bring us back to balance and back to our core centre. When we are balanced, we access our intuitive voice, because we stop to listen. The noise has quietened and we’ve given ourselves permission to access our intuitive power. Our inner voice is always there, and is the voice of truth. It’s when we are too busy looking outside of ourselves, that we miss out on what it’s trying to tell us. To get quiet, say a prayer, ask for guidance and the answer will come. An example is “Dear universe, god, show me what I need to know for my highest good, I am ready to listen.”

⭐  Journal, journaling is a wonderful tool for processing information. It’s effective because it gives us the capacity to get out of our heads and into our hearts with pen and paper. The best way to develop your intuition muscle here, is to physically grab a pen and notepad or a favourite journal you have handy and start writing down your thoughts, dreams, aspirations, goals etc. Ask the question and respond from your highest self, your inner leader, she is your supporter and you’ll be amazed at what she says back to you.

Keep developing your intuition muscle.

With love, Ant xo
