4 Keys to Overcome Rejection and Strengthen Rock Solid Confidence

4 Keys To Overcome Rejection and Strengthen Rock Solid Confidence

⭐ Redirection

Rejection, although it’s uncomfortable going through the experience of emotional upheaval, it’s a time to tune in and redirect. The universe shows and speaks to you in ways that you may not have been aware of prior. It tells you “this isn’t the way”, “there’s another way”, “another path”. Allow yourself to process the emotions and then pivot towards the direction that is openly waiting for you.

⭐ Growth

When we are feeling rejected by someone, whether it’s a relationship, a job we went for and didn’t get, or whatever the situation is. Be mindful rejection is a reflection of where they are at, not you. Another way to look at it is, they are not where you are at, spiritually, emotionally, energetically, therefore not in alignment with the ebb and flow for your personal growth.

⭐ Awaken

Remember the truth sets us free. Allow it to sink in, let it wash through you, gently letting go of resistance. Breathe in, exhale, sigh out all the negative emotions and limiting beliefs. Switch your mindset and energy to moving closer towards a state of greater awareness, as the witness behind the thoughts. You choose your thoughts, behaviour and energy. Opportunities are there when we choose to set ourselves free.

⭐ Protection

Remind yourself, that rejection is when you are being protected from life force energy. You may want to say a little prayer to bring you back to center, “Thank you, god, the angels, the universe, you’re looking out for me, protecting me, so I choose wisely and stay in my path of love & light, thank you”

Keep bringing the light to embody Rock Solid Confidence.
