Welcome in what shows up in your life. When we ‘welcome’ a situation, a thought, a challenge, in our minds eye, we’ve let go of resistance and move to be the witness behind the thought. The idea is to notice, and switch our mindset to ‘what is coming in as the loving observer – say “This is an opportunity to teach me to grow spiritually, to understand myself more, which results to building confidence”. Know that, acceptance equals non-resistance, your key to inner freedom.
Say thank you to feeling fear, to the struggle with having that difficult conversation, confusion, self-doubt, overwhelm, the list goes on. Say thank you, breathe and let it pass through your body, mind and soul. Choosing to say thank you, is the first step to effectively navigate with what arises. When we deliberately say thanks, it’s not that we like it, rather, it’s an opportunity to liberate, we take ownership. Being responsible is a mature quality to non attachment.
We are either serving or sabotaging, which one will you choose? What we choose, leads us either closer to our true-self or away from our truth. When we serve it takes the edge off ourselves. knowing that we are making a difference allows us to move through fear into courage. Serve by practicing forgiveness, compassion and kindness. Serve by inviting in peace, serenity and joyful thoughts. Embrace the invitation to serve via these elements as well, towards others. Ignite harmony. Building rock solid confidence.
