Who I Do I Want To Be Today?
This question is about asking yourself what mindset are you going to bring out into the world – How will show up? The result that follows depends on what we focus on. A tip on how to shift your mindset for better results, ask, what do I need to let go, let in and let be?

How Do I Want To feel today?
The question here is asking about, what energy vibe are you wanting to feel?. If you’re feeling a little low in energy, you may need to recharge your energy level to increase your stamina and have more capacity emotionally and mentally to go about your day with more optimism.
Tip to recharge: Spend a few minutes in silence and take 5 long deep mindful breaths. Make sure you hydrate and spend a moment reminding yourself of what you’re grateful for.

What Do I want To Give Today?
This question prompts us to remember when we give back, we get back. Go about your day knowing you’re in service. When you’re at work for example, keep telling yourself that you’re serving for the greater good of others. This shifts your mindset into a lens of purposeful perspective. Use this technique with family, friends and watch yourself flourish mentally and emotionally.

What Do I want To Receive Today?
I love this question because it enables us to think about what we need in the moment. You may want to sit down and repeat a mantra, or ask the universe, god, your higher self, to show you what you need so you spend your day through the lens focusing on love, grace, peace, for your highest good and for the good of others.
