3 Ways To Grow for your Inner-Wellbeing


Emotional Growth – Become aware of how you are feeling. Notice what comes up for you, whatever the emotion is, recognize that emotions are energy and information. An example, if you are angry, take 3 deep nourishing breaths to create calm, and ask yourself, what is underneath the anger, normally there’s fear, and find out, what is it trying to tell you? ‘Perhaps to access courage, to be brave and voice how you feel and what you want’. Take a few more breaths to pause, so you get clarity on your next steps.
 
Mindset Growth – We tend to at times get fixed on doing something or thinking a certain way because that’s all we know. To develop a growth mindset – cultivate an openness and willingness to see another way. From a positive perspective, from seeing the glass half full scenario, not half empty. From knowing that every experience, even when it’s challenging is an opportunity to learn, stretch and grow.
 
Spiritual Growth – To grow spiritually, is to connect to your true self each day with commitment and consistency. It is when you shift from mind chatter identification to being the witness of thoughts and experiences and situations. To start, begin through the lens of acceptance and then take steps from that point. When we honour ourselves and learn to accept who we are, we then allow our growth to unfold authentically.
