The antidote to transforming noisy negativity, is consciously choose to focus on grace and gratitude. Let’s take a closer look at how to make the transition for your mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
Pave Your Way To Grace
Grace is when you don’t get hooked into the drama of negativity and noise. It’s when you see, hear it but don’t get attached nor identified with what’s happening.
A practice I recommend to neutralise energy for balance and ease. Firstly, take a few deep breaths and repeat the word ‘Grace’ either outwardly so you can hear it, or in your minds eye and keep breathing. Do this a few times a day when the need arises as it’s an accessible tool to reset mindset and energy effortlessly.
Embrace Your Gratitude Footprint
Gratitude is a container of soul, heart, mind, emotions, body nourishment – sustenance that works hand in hand with the power of grace. Tip: Try this practice for 21 days- write in your journal each morning 3 things you’re grateful for and then in the evening write one thing that went well.
Don’t worry if you struggle to find what to write, put pen to paper and let what comes through come through and don’t judge it, nor analyse it – be with it. This practice along with your breathing practice on ‘grace’ is a recipe for success, towards resilience building for peace of mind, harmony, love, trust, compassion and more.
Be Flexible and Adaptable
Flexibility and the ability to be adaptable through changes and challenges is key to fostering qualities of grace and gratitude. Being flexible and able to adapt to what arises gives you scope mentally and emotionally to draw in more opportunities.
A practice to develop flexibility, you might want to say a mantra, eg: “I will adapt to what comes up easily, as long as I am willing to make moves it will work out okay.”
Keep relishing in grace and gratitude
