3 Tips On How to Disrupt Your Comfort Zone and Boost Your Creativity, for a more Meaningful Path

Self-Empowerment: 3 Tips On How to Disrupt Your Comfort Zone and Boost Your Creativity, for a more Meaningful Path

Comfort is okay when it’s no longer okay. When we’re not growing, evolving, stretching ourselves spiritually, emotionally and more. Then we need to stop, move out of comfort and into a new sojourn.

Here are 3 tips on how you can move into more creativity:

✨ Shake Up Routine
One way to gently shake up routine, without it being so overwhelming, try doing something different each day. For example at the moment, your morning routine, get up, have a shower, breakfast, dressed etc. How about changing it, get up, go for a walk, or meditate for 5 minutes. You could do some stretches and journal for a few minutes.
This practice gives you an opportunity to get used to the feeling of being disrupted from routine, allowing space for the brain to embrace the change. The more you practice changing routine, the easier it will be to deal with changes that arise with more ease and resilience.

✨ Visualise Possibilities
When we get stuck in our comfort zone, we have a tendency to not see what’s out there. The potential and possibilities that are staring at us in the face.
One way to begin visualising possibilites, start meditating every day for the next 2 weeks. Set yourself 5 minutes each morning and allow your body and mind to be in stillness. This practice increases your intuitive energy. It calms the mind, enabling more clarity and purpose for your direction.

✨ Look Underneath Comfort
The big one to think about with boosting creativity and potential, is to be true to yourself, and quietly question what’s underneath the comfort. The question you may like to ask is “If I am being honest with myself, what is really keeping me here in my comfort?” mostly it’s fear.

Tip on how to overcome fear, instead of fearing the fear or seeing it as a hurdle, or a problem, use it to your advantage. Thank it, acknowledge it’s your trigger nudging you to look at your situation by questioning deeply, your wants and needs truthfully. Dropping the illusion and being honest what matters to you.

Enjoy boosting your creativity.
