3 Styles To Lead From a Place of Openness

Lead with Love – When we lead with love, we are leading from a place that feels authentic to us. There is no hierarchical element of, ‘you are down there and I am up here’ type of thinking. Leading with love is about unity and invitation, speaking openly and allowing others to speak as well. To speak with love, evokes collaboration, connection and acceptance.

 

Lead with Heart – To lead with the heart, is to lead with a humanistic view of seeing that we are all the same. It’s when we lead from a place of empathy, from a place of giving yourself permission to step out into something new and giving others permission to be who they are.

 

Lead with Intent – Leading with intent, is when you set an intention for the outcome you desire. It allows us to design the outcome and navigate through life with a sense of accountability. The mindset of taking ownership regards of what arises. That’s empowering.
