3 Rituals To Invite In Love And Light

3 Rituals To Invite In Love & Light

⭐ Prayers

Prayers are a practical way to connect to our truth and calm our body and mind. I view prayers as an opportunity to engage in conversation authentically. Ask for peace, direction, harmony, wisdom and understanding to navigate through life challenges with more clarity and support. Sit quietly, and imagine a golden light covering your body, feel the warmth of the golden light, gently breathe and you may say “I pray today for peace and harmony, show me the way and strengthen me to move in the direction for my highest good and good of others, thank you, universe, thank you”

⭐ Inner Peace

Peace is when we feel our core center aligned in harmony & flow. Set your intention each day to access inner peace. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or perhaps in a looping mind chatter, a quick method to connect with inner peace is:
Place your right hand on your belly and left hand on your heart. Take 3 deep nourishing breaths. Inhale through your nose, allow your belly to expand and open your mouth as if you are blowing into a straw and slowly exhale, drop your shoulders, imagining stresses leaving your body and draw your belly towards your spine. Remember, there is no right or wrong with this practice, allow your natural state to guide you.

⭐ Respect & Value

Often we try to seek validation and respect externally, by striving to achieve or wanting to look a certain way. Hijacked by perfectionism, thinking we may not be qualified enough, or perhaps feel inferior around others. These a some examples of what gets in the way of authenticity. The truth is, we need to respect and value ourselves, embrace the person we are and who we are becoming, and know we are worthy of love, respect and belonging.

Keep your devotion to love & light

Take care, Ant xo
