Your heart speaks through sensation and feeling. When you’re stuck in your head, notice your breath, the tension in your shoulders. Notice where it feels tight, this is a good indicator with decision making. Your body holds wisdom your thinking mind can’t access.
Notice Your Patterns
Do you get too caught up in your thoughts that you override feelings with logical analysis, or dismiss practical considerations because they don’t feel good? Awareness is the first step to integration.
Shift to being the observer behind thoughts, and allow yourself to witness without being caught up in it and breathe.
Trust the Soft Whisper Beneath the Noise
Your truest knowing often comes as a quiet whisper—the thought that keeps returning, the feeling that won’t quite leave. Learn to trust it, listen to your body and if it feels light and alive, there’s your answer.
