
How To Move From Chaos To Harmony
Living in chaos causes resistance and stress because it’s the tendency to control everything to feel safe. This leads to frustration and anxiety and the unhealthy cycle goes on. Instead, if we shifted our energy towards harmony, life then moves into calmness and flow.
Let’s take a closer look at 3 ways you can get into harmony with life:
✨ Get Familiar With Your Triggers
Understanding triggers, ask yourself why you’re being triggered. Review the root cause for why it’s set off an uncomfortable feeling or reaction within you, and breathe. This gives way to move acknowledge and through it with compassion.
✨ Relax Your Body
Take time out to connect to your body – notice what sensation arise and don’t try and fix what shows up by pushing it down with distractions, such as alcohol or being busy. Relax into your body by spending quiet time and take long deep breathes. Be for a few moments, feel your feet on the ground and continue breathing.
Chaos begins in the mind, and if we can learn to shift our energy to harmonising our mindset by connecting to our body, we move into a centred state of being present and calm.
✨ Shift Your Awareness Into Your Heart
Your heart can always show you the way to stay in harmony, calmness and flow. Your nervous systems then regulates, moving from fight, flight and freeze state to rest and restore, connecting into your heart and peace.
To shift into heart expansion, appreciate each day for your life, for what you have. Gratitude is the antidote to chaos and lack.
Place your hand on your heart and breathe into your heart, visualising white light – your heart expanding with love, peace, serenity and joy. Feel the feelings pulsating through you. Do this practice each day and observe your mind and nervous system regulating to a calm state.
