Be In Your Heart

Be in your heart, take time today to sit quietly in a place where there are no distractions a place where you feel comfortable where you can call your sanctuary, where you are able to relax and as you are in stillness slowly allow your body to sink into deep relaxation, place your hand on your heart taking a deep breath in and a long sigh out, repeat it again by breathing in reminding yourself of your heart and a long breath out, as you are experiencing this state of calm relaxation, find the things that you are grateful for and bring them into your heart, gratefulness can be something as simple as being grateful for breathing, for getting up this morning and having a cup of coffee or tea, or just by being alive each day being you true to you, enjoy your heartfelt relaxation x
