Relax and be in flow, take time out today to repose and spend time unwinding in stillness, breathe in, holding for a moment and then sigh out letting go of stresses you no longer need to carry, relax your shoulders, anything that feels tense breathe it in, hold and big sigh out, taking time for you is a gorgeous nurturing ritual to practice when need be, enjoy being in flow x
